We founded Fortis Legacy Group because we saw how much time property managers, builders, and property owners lose coordinating multiple contractors. We believed there should be one reliable company that manages the entire process from beginning to end.
Our goal is simple: make construction and property improvement projects easier to manage.
Too often, property owners, builders, and property managers spend valuable time coordinating multiple contractors, following up on schedules, and managing communication between trades. That means more phone calls, more delays, and more time spent managing people instead of managing projects.
